    A bona-fide plumbing supply should be able to help you. Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like a 1/4" NPT to 3/8" NPT bushing?

    Or you could try to remove this one. I'd try to drill out the sender a little at a time, until I could collapse what's left of the sender and pull it out. I don't think there's any way to hold the bushing so you can remove it by turning the sender. The problem is holding the bushing without damaging the threads, in such a way that you can remove it from the holder when you're done.
