Well for years now i have been bummed for not having a plug for the turn signal flasher/blinker relay. I have th aftermarket 7 wire turnsignal that i got from JC whitney. Well i never liked having three seperate femal spade terminals for the blinker. Today while browsing through the electrical isle at the local auto store i had a revelation. I looiked at the headligh repalcement plugs and noticed that they have a three prong plug for the headlights. Well i grabbed the blinker i use from the same isle and low and behold they fit perfectly. Only bad thing is i had to buy a pair of plugs, but i had overjoyed for some odd reason to get this plug

So tomorrow i will wire it in and have a pretty nice looking wiring job instead of the three individual connectors. If you are using a two spade blinker i am sure this will fit that one also. Just wanted to pass this along, i am sure there are others without the plug for the blinker.

Dan, great minds must think alike cause I have had the same issues/thought process you have!!

Glad to see you found a solution. I found my solution by purchasing a few Sparton turn signals off ebay. A couple came with a plug. I also found 1 or 2 at the junkyard. I always look in the big old panel van trucks, they often have stewart warner gauges, headlight, ignition, and turn signal switches (signal stat) that are the same or at least work in a Jeep. I have one plug that has a little bracket coming off of it, and discovered a stud on the back of my dash, so I could secure it. I'm 99% sure that is what it is there for.

I recently replaced my "threaded terminal" ignition switch with one that uses spade terminals. I *believe* it is the type the intermediates had stock, but not for sure. Anyway, I thought I was going to have to use the spade terminals only (ala your issue), but one panel van(truck) I looked in had a factory plug!! Happy Day! It covered the Bat, start, 2 ign hot and 2 acc hot, leaving 2 ign and 2 acc for separate connectors. I like it cause it uses the push and twist to release dash bezel, and quick disconnect for electrical work/troubleshooting.

    Oops not trying to hijack....
