Can I get a seat Measurement?

    I am looking to get a measurement from a stock CJ5 or M38a1 seat. The distance is the front lip, from the bottom of the seat to the floor. I want to make some seat brackets and jsut get in the ballpark. so i can eventually mount some seats. I just need to buy seats. :(

    I got a messurement of 10.25" on mine. mind you i have the under seat fuel tank.

    my CJ is 4" to the top of the mount from the under seat fuel tank. There is a approx 1" spacer between the top of the mount and the bottom of the seat frame. The fuel tank is 6" tall.
