Ross steering... need assistance!

Hello,
I have been referring back to threads posted several times now for my 63 cj-5.

I am looking for some more help here....

I took the body off the frame of my jeep, and in trying to get the steering wheel out on the frame, I ended up dismantling the Ross steering box before I knew it... and therefore I have no idea how it all went.

I ordered the bearings/shims I needed for it. It was all in great condition, I just lost the bearings.

But now that I am getting it together, I can not figure out how to get the oil to stop coming out out of the top of the box where the wheel shaft goes through. I bought a seal I thought it might take, but I dont see where the seal would even go.

So, what is the trick to sealing the top of the Ross box.
