I actually ordered mine from these guys.

    http://www.driveshaftsuperstore.com/

And I ordered it with the companion flange coupler at the double cardan specifically so I could continue using stock transfer case parts.
    Here’s what it looks like.

And here it is in place.

I’d bet you can call the guys at Drive Shaft Super Store or Tom Wood’s Drive Shafts and have them send you the proper u-joint coupler to bolt up to a companion flange if that’s what you want to do.

I know. I have a bad habit of using CV in place of double cardan as if they’re interchangeable and their not. Its just sloppiness on my part.

Thanks for all the highly VALUABLE information. Yes I use the term CV for DC as well!
I believe at this time I will correct my front D44 to same pinion angle as the OEM D25. That's the "right thing to do" and I have it all on a bench currently. I can run the std drive shaft after I make the C-knuckles and spring perch corrections.

I REALLY like the DC rear shafts in the pics. I need some meat in the back drive shaft with a 4.3 and a spool. It's just easier to call one of those specialty shops and let go of a few bucks. Hope I have room for a set up like that after the T350 + adapter + tcase!

    thanks for the help.
