emergency brake coming out of firewall

    I installed my emergency brake today.I was wondering if anyone has info or pics of what mounts to the engine side of the firewall where the e-brake comes out? there is a hole where it goes is there some kind of bracket with a seal or something? Thanks :v6:chainsawguy

    Maybe a grommet, but no bracket. I shoved a piece of heater hose in the hole around the end of the brake ratchet where it comes through about 13 years ago...

    No bracket,just a clip holding the cable cover to the handle assembly and a grommet to keep out some of the fumes.
