Bell crank bushing

I bought one of these.

Before I screw up I figured I would ask here.
Is the bushing supposed to be stuck on the pin. I was planning on pressing it off the pin then pressing it in the bellcrank.

Yes, I am a fan of brass bushings. I can ream them to move smoothly on a pin but be so tight they won't take grease.

 

I didn't know there was such a thing. Always thought they had those needle bearings

 

Do you press the outer race for the needle bearings in the bellcrank?

the bearings press into the bellcrank
I would think the bushings would install the same way

 

Thanks, just checking. It would not make much sense to me otherwise. But, I am new to Jeeps and I have seen dumber ways of doing things.
