DJ3A body/top combos

    Some of you guys can probably help me out;

    From reading and looking at pictures, DJ3A's came with a hard top, soft top, or no top, and there were two different body styles - the "CJ style" (that has a "sill", if you could call it that, that forms the rounded door opening and looks like a CJ body) and the "Dispatcher style" that has "flush" floorboards, if you will, that let right out onto the ground.

    On the "Dispatcher style" rigs, is the hard top removable, or is it a part of the body? It seems they would be weak when the top was off, not having the CJ-style sill on the side for rigidity.

    They are removable.

    Okay - interesting. I saw a picture of one with the top off, and it gives it a different, cool look.
