Front stabilizer bar

    I want to eventually install a Meyers/Orville half cab on my 78 CJ5. My special equipment brochures say that a front stabilizer bar was required when these were originally installed. Am I correct in assuming that this stabilizer bar is the same thing as a front sway bar or is it something different? I have found a front sway bar and want to buy it if it's the right part.

    Thanks for posting the thread, I'm going to go ahead and get the sway bar I found. It's off a 79 CJ7 so it should be a direct bolt up to my 78 CJ5.
