From the toolbox up to the bend at the seatbelt is 7.25".
from the seatbelt to the top is 6".
The fender well is 32" long and 11" high and about 10 3/8" wide.
    The triangular part:
hypotenuse (side looking toward the rear floor) is 6.75"
The other two sides are 4 5/8"

    Hope this helps!

I cant help you there. Mine is not going back to completely stock looking with factory looking metal. I took pics...messured and cut the whole floor out. Now im making everything my way...its going to be a trail rig anyway

not a big issue, would love to find some body drawings with measurements like a modern frame/body book. are the tubs the same width across the back as a newer cj like a 74 ? ive got both sides to the wheelwell opening but someone before me put some plate steel on the rear wells and back.

You'd certainly have better luck starting your own post and asking for exactly what you want. Do we even know exactly what it is you're working on? A flatty I assume?

I like the triangles. So will your shin. You may want to kick back the drivers wheelwell so you can set your seat back for leg room.[IMG]

This mod just let you mount the factory seat a few inches further back.
