    will a koening (it thinks that is how you say it) that was on a 67 cj5 fit a 71 cj5?

    Short answer, yes.

    55-75 WS Frames are the same thus the tops interchange.

    How do these tops fit on there? Do they seal up nicely? Are parts etc still around?

    Generally, hard tops (whatever brand) fit pretty well. Parts availability boils down to luck at finding what's missing or having missing pieces fabricated.
