Flywheel

    Hey guys,.

    Just a basic question, how do i take flywheel off the engine? I got 6 bolts with a star in each bolt, and they are damn well tightned! Is it anti clockwise, or ??

    Yes, mine were anti-clockwise. I used a large screwdriver set between the flywheel teeth and the edge of the bellhousing that was right next to it to keep the flywheel from rotating. It would be easier with two people, one for the screwdriver and one for the wrench.

    Righty tighty, lefty loosey. An impact gun makes it much easier. Or counter clockwise to remove. Don't forget that you have to re-torque those bolts when you put it back together.
