heat control valve for a 225 v6

none of my local parts sources can find a listing for a heat control valve[heat riser] for my 69 jeepster. anyone know where i can get one? also, according to my manual...the heat riser is on the right side manifold for ross steering and is on the left manifold for saginaw steering. anyone know if both applications use the same heat riser?

 

Yes, they are the same. Gonna be a hard one to find I'm thinking. Long shot but call your local GM Dealer, part #1375918 or 1382680. CJ used them too but it's a different part #1369986 These guys list the 1369986 about half way down the page--Classic NOS Parts, not sure what the difference is between a Jeepter and a CJ valve.
