Hobart governor??

    I am trying to find out if a HOBART Brothers 3856 part that is hooked to the carb on my MB motor is a governor.... has a pulley on it also... never saw one befor and I am not good at putting a picture on but will try.... thanks for any information out there on what it could be...

    No tech help on what your part is but for posting pictures use an image hosting site like tinypic.

    sounds like its a govenor, they were belt driven and hooked to the carb
