Drilled and tapped into the center of the rollbar. Stailess eye bolt, coated wire rope with some quick swivel snaps secured with ferrulles.

I can finally take my dog with me when the top is off. He loves riding in the heep!

only thing I prob do different would be a body harness rather than hooking to his collar at least a little more safe for the dog not choking if you stop abruptly or something great Idea though my dog loves to ride but he likes to jump out to chase elk or deer and any other small critters he jumped out once while I was doing 35 crazy mutt glad he didn't get hurt now he rides in a cage

Is it clipped to the dog's collar or to a chest harness? The collar could be deadly if he fell out and was hanged by the neck. Also wouldn't help him much in a rollover. I've seen others that clip to the floor which would at least keep him in the Jeep in a roll.

It is a body harness. And I basically only trail ride on national forest roads, so I dont plan on rolling over any time soon, other than that, i just drive it around town to run errands.

Also, my spare tire mount is "bungee cords" right now. hahaha.

However, I am going to fab mounts to the roll bar and keep it where it is at. I dont have the hat channel in my fender so side mount is out. (i would probably tear it off anyway with a tree or something) I will use the side mount bracket from KaiserWillys, but will fab it to the rollbar.
