Never mind...my google search got me an answer off the web. Appears to be 4" hub.

Perhaps I missed it in the manual...or my forum search, but I can't find the diameter of the M416 hub.

I am trying to find replacement wheels and I know the bolt pattern and hub size off a CJ work...but I want to know the exact measurements to see if I can expand my pool of potential vehicles to pull from.

I can find Ford 5x5.5 all day, but the hubs are 3.5"...you get the idea.

So...can someone tell me the diameter of the M416 hub that the wheel has to fit over...inches or millimeters, whatever is easier for you. Thanks.

I don't have the trailer yet so I can't measure it myself.

I have an NOS M416 hub for sale http://48cj2a.com/forsale.htm and handy to measure...you would need a 4" center hole clear the hub.

Don't know for sure but you may be able to mount a regular CJ hub over the existing spindle and be able to use smaller hubbed wheels if thats the problem.

Ford Big Hole is what we used to call those wheels. Common on '70s and '80s Ford trucks and IH trucks and Scouts, Scout IIs.
