Anyone ever built a bumper and tire carrier around a rear PTO?

    Anyone ever done this? I'm thinking some kind of drop step type bumper with a hump on the tire carrier to clear. Anyone else have ideas or pictures of a similar project?

    Can be done, almost do something like military style bumperettes. Shouldn't be too hard.
