how does the instrument cluster come out?

    It sorta looks like it will just pry out but I can't tell

    It has 4 clips, 2 on each end. thay are L shaped.
    You will need to reach up under the dash and push them in to release them.
    You can also remove them by using a 5/16 nut driver to take out the screw on the back of the cluster.

    Do not try to pry it out or tou will brake it.
    The clips make it eazy to install the cluster but not so eazy to remove.
