Ross Steering Sector shaft oil seal

    Im in the middle of assembly right now..
    I read two different things regarding the sector shaft oil seal..

    one says lip in, one says lip out..

    anybody?

    from what I understand the circular spring should be facing out, the steel face facing in...

    The lip always goes towards the oil side, in any application.
