    Does anybody know if the Kaiser part at Jungle Jim's Willys parts will fit in a '71 Commando?

    Could you MAKE it work? Yes Is it the right one? No
    Check ebay, always some listed there, OEM # is 931697. Or you can go to Jeepster Parts Dude, AKA Jeep Dog, he has new repro's in the electrical section.
    You can also go to NAPA, ECH KS6599, $34.99.

    You probably could or just remove the lock cylinder/tumbler from your old switch and install it in the new one, that is if it's not the actual cylinder/tumbler that's gone bad.
