If it looks like this one:http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1341694&parttype=2172
yes, it will fit. However, the upper inlet is farther to the right so you will need a longer hose. The mounting flanges are flush mounted (stock is offset about 1'')so you will need to space the rad farther away from the grill or it will bend the flanges when you bolt it up, along with hitting the bell crank boss underneath. You will need to drill new holes in the grille flange as the holes in the replacement rad do not match. Took me about an hour to put in mine, looks good, doesn't leak, and keeps it cool. I picked up mine local as the distributor had it on the shelf, cut me a smokin' deal on it 'cause they figured they would never sell it. Go for it!!

Now that I look at your link and mine....they are exactily the same thing...part numbers and everything! That is nice to know thank you very much. By any chance do you have pictures of what yours looks like installed? and the mods you had to make to install it? Thank you very much, as this will be a great upgrade to my Willys, my original has seen better days, works but needs replaced.

I don't have pics right now. I used a Gates universal upper radiator hose (1.5" both ends). Remove drivers side rad support rod and remove radiator. Flange heights are different (side to side are the same though)from stock to replacement, so I clamped the rad and grille flanges together and transferred the hole locations over to the grille once I got the height correct. Drilled new holes in the grille flange, made up some 3/4" spacers and bolted it in. Don't try and transfer the original mounting locations to the new rad as the height will be wrong. Lower stock hose fits perfectly. Fill it up and enjoy.

How did you determine that you had the correct height? Also, you used the holes that were in the new radiator, you just simply got your height (however that was achieved) then clamped the radiator to grill and drilled new holes in the grill through the existing holes in the new radiator? Sorry, just making sure I do not ruine the new setup. Thanks

I taped a small spacer on each flange of the rad. Then I clamped it to the grille with locking pliers. The flanges on the new radiator end up being just below the grill support rods, as they are higher towards the top on the replacement radiator. Then I transferred the hole locations from the new rad to the grille flanges, removed the rad and drilled the holes. I have a Delco alt and an engine mounted plow pump, so it was easier to drill with the radiator out. Made up new 3/4" spacers and bolted the rad in. I found it easier to drill the grille rather than the new rad flanges. Only the top original hole location will work if you drill the rad flange for it, the lower original mount hole is below the flange on the new rad as those flanges are shorter. HTH.
