I've never seen those parts offered aftermarket. Looks like the brace, 12.077, would be easy enough to make, the other one maybe not so much.

20-120-20 is a portion of the firewall, 12.077-7 is a brace, I have not seen those for sale by any of the pannel replacement suppliers like Classic or Mill supply, I'm guessing junk yard items, the firewall portion would have to be cut from the compete firewall.

I've got my tub off right now, undergoing repairs, and the panel is definitely just spot welded in place. It looks exactly like the picture. With a little skill you should be able to fab it. Not sure the large oblong hole is actually necessary.

Yes, that's what I was thinking too. A good sheet metal shop can make that part, no sweat. The hardest part would be making an accurate drawing.

A reasonable facsimile of the brace could likely be made from some EMT using a vice, hammer/anvil, drill press and grinder or files. EMT is cheap... you could make several tries for just a few bucks.
