The Jeep comes with the bus wheel to give you leverage with the manual steering. I find the bus wheel big and comfortable... I prefer it. If you replace it with a smaller wheel, you might not like the steering effort needed, especially with wide tires on pavement.

If I were tall or really big around, I'd do a wheelhouse notch and move the seat back first http://www.boyink.com/splaat/ssdutch-comments/wheelhouse-notch/

TRUST me-- you do not want to try steering this thing, especially while wheelin' or parking it. That big wheel is there for a reason!
