Metal dash tag

    On doing the restoration on my 1966 CJ5 (SN 8305 188511), I ran across a metal tag wired behind the dash. The tag is approx. 7" long and 7/8" wide and reads, "CJ5 W/FS M D". Anyone know what this may mean? Thanks.
