If anyone does have a :v6: shroud for sale I would be interested in that too. I looked at some carbon fiber suppliers, may make them out of carbon fiber instead of fiberglass.

I received the shroud and installed it this weekend. The fit was perfect and even came with the mounting holes pre-drilled. They even aligned with the pre-drilled holes on the radiator. The offset in the shroud opening ended up being the same as the engine/fan blade offset. In other words, the clearance between the tip of the fan blades and the shroud opening appear to be the same all the way around. Cosmetically, the shroud is only slightly different than my recollection of the original part from the factory. The reproduced one is painted flat black while the original part seemed to have a black pigment in the resin and was a little shiny on the outside. Overall I think the reproduced part was well done. I don't know how much of an improvement it will make in cooling down the engine but it certainly helps to cover the fan blades while working on a running engine. I think it gives the engine compartment a more finished look too.

Again, this is in regards to the wider 22" radiator supposedly used on the V6 between '70 and '71.

I also bought the grille webbing that he has for sale. It looks the same as the original on my '70 CJ5.

Beeser, since this fit please notify the guy so he can advertise as a fit for the wider 70/71 cj5 radiator.

Already sent him an email stating that it fit. He said earlier that other CJ5 owners purchased the shroud but stopped short saying that it would definitely fit. I have some pictures showing my installation but haven't been able to post them yet. If someone would like to make them available for others to see let me know. I'll email them the pics.
