Gas tank filler hoses for a 71

    Just tried to fill my gas tank for the winter plowing season. I got 6 gals. in before it started to drip from the filler hoses. I've talked to Carl Walch about these rubber hoses before and he said no one makes them so you have to use what you can salvage. This set up has a small vent tube that exits the tank and joins a metal fitting that protrudes out of the larger filler tube half way up. Any one have a source or a solution? Will a 72 to 75 set up work?

    Hmm. '72-75 setup should be the same as '71. I recall the big filler tube is available from MTS (or Krage, see Mike's post above). The '76-on vent tube can be shortened to work, according to earlier posts. Save the fittings - no source for those.
