My chevy power steering pump started leaking out the front seal so I replaced it with a used one and the first time I locked the hubs and turned it full lock the pump started to squeel very loudly. I replaced the seal in the origional pump and put a cooler on it.

Looks nice, What kind of temp drop do you see though the cooler? I'm assuming you have hydro boost brakes (black hydraulic lines)?

Those BLACK wheaterhead hoses you see are for a remote oil filter. The BLUE pushlock hoses are for the stearing return line. I also used the black hose for the pressure side but you can't see that in the pic's. Stock CJ box and Chevy S-10 pump. I don't know the drop but I can tell theres a difference by touching the hoses. Brakes are wrangler booster and mastercylinder.
