    Hey guys

    68 CJ f brakes

My brake line going to the rear is bigger than the one I have going to the front.

    Any of yall have that.

the MC outlet closest to the Firewall is going to the front

My brake light sensor is on a block near the front axel??

Should I have a proportioning valve.

I'm not sure of the answers but on my 70 the line to the front and rear are the same size. I've got the dual MC -what is yours?

If it's a dual I've heard it both ways on which goes to the front or rear. I have mine set up so that the front output on the MC goes to the front end.

I also have the brake light switch on the line to the front - it's on or near the frame near the drivers side motor mount. There's another one on the frame under the drivers seat area but I don't use that one. The wiring connections to the pressure switch can be a weak point. but there are some solutions out there.

Proportioning Valve - I don't think there is one normally. I put in an adjustable one when I swapped in the front dana 30 with disc brakes.

    Good Luck
