I'm considering going to a CV rear drive shaft. I recently raised the motor, trans and transfer case 2 inches in my chassis and now I have a slight vibration from the rear drive shaft. I think a CV might help, at least I hope so. Anyhow, Patterson Drive Line in Indy will build the drive shaft but they need for me to supply the CV yoke for my Dana 300 transfer case. I know Tom Woods has them but I think this should be something I can get elsewhere. Is this a common part that I could order or should I just call Wood's? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You should be able to go into a drive line shop and get one. That's what I did after I ordered the wrong one from Tom Wood's.

I have an extra 26 spline 1310 CV yoke that according to Tom Wood's will fit your 300. I am currently using it as a paper weight. R)
