Steering problem

    So I have the ball joints off the knuckles bu from the bell crank...not coming off, I tried using the ball joint fork tool, but no luck...actually messed up the fork. Any ideas?

    A pitman arm puller should do it. If you don't have on, your FLAPS might rent you one, although the quality f the tool from them may not be great.

    If you are referring to the tie rod end in the red circle you might want to try a tie rod end fork they are different than ball joint fork,OR take two hammers and hit the bell crank where the tie rod goes thru.both at the same time opposing each other .may take a few hits but it will pop loose.old junkyard trick.

    Thanks for the help, I tried it all and the Pitman arm puller worked, it was a little tricky as the one side of the puller didn't have much to grab onto...but it worked
