I'm looking for the right renegade decal to complete my restoration. In my research I've only been able to find two places that offer them. Phoenix Graphix offers one that seems to go on like a traditional decal where you would apply a gel to the decal area that will let you slide it around for perfect placement. Then you squeege the gel from under it and let it dry. Goldeneagle offers decats that use a 3M scotchcal which I couldn't get a lot of information on. It seems that you would place the pressure sensitive decal and then push on it, but I'm not real sure.
So now for the question, has anyone used either of these products and what are the pros and cons. Any informatuion or opinion would be helpful.

I put a lot of 3M decals on our fire apparatus at work, and I use a teaspoon of Woolite in a quart spray bottle of water. Spray the panel down and use your fingertips to spread the solution out evenly, then peel the back off and slide the decal into place. Slip and position it as you like, then use a semi-hard plastic squeegee to work the water out from underneath. Let it sit a few hours in the shade, and then wet the premask down well and work that in with your fingers. Pull one edge back and fold it back over itself and peel the rest back flat against the decal, rather than pulling it away from the panel. This will keep it from lifting the new decal. ;)
