Hard top fitment

    Does anyone know if there would be an issue with a Meyers hardtop off of a '66 CJ5 fitting a 65 CJ5 with an aftermarket fiberglass tub? I would imagine that they should be the same for the most part dimensionally. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    If the tub is an accurate repop, it should fit. A tape measure is your best friend here. As heavy as a steel top is, I'd want to run some reinforcement under the lip of the tub to prevent cracking. Just make sure the tub is dimensionally the same as the rig the top came off of, and that he's running the early w/s frame.
