Anyone ever see this type of lift?

    Any one ever see this done before to achieve lift?

    It's a 59 frame. Actually, the guy put in a significant amount of bracing. It must have been an old school thing. I assume it should probably be removed as quickly as possible. Frame back to stock and some nice springs.


    This modification was only done to the rear hanger on the front springs. I'm puzzled as to how it sits level and looks nice, about a 2.5" lift. I thought they were stock military springs. 13 pack front and rear. The front and rear leaves appear to be different tho, they're not all identical springs.

    Yea, I'd say that was designed by the prestigeous "School of Redneckery Engineering"
