there is primer on the body8)

I had sanded the outside of the body tub last week but ran out of time to paint last week. So this morning I did a few things to the inside of the tub and ground down the last couple of welds. Sanded everything with a da sander in 80 grit and sprayed the primer this afternoon. I used a ppg comercial coating. EPX 900 epoxy primer. Supposed to be good stuff for bare metal. They call it beige, but it looks pale yellow which will go good under the orange base coat.

I only have one week left of this class so I'll probably get some filler on it and then re prime the exterior since I just sprayed a light coat. Just enough to hopefully keep the rain off it while transporting. I'll be using an epoxy high build primer for the exterior.

Hopefully I can get the primer all on at school next week even if I have to leave it overnight and get it monday when I go back down for class in the afternoon. I should be able to spray the base and clear at home since my dad has a spray gun I can borrow.
