Hey, so a while back I ended up swapping a 360 into my 72. I wanted to replace all the bolts I had taken out for the swap, but I sort of forgot what came from where...

I went and got some grade 8 junk, which I thought was the right length but apparently not.

Anyone got the specs on the bellhousing/starter bolts?

    from the Jeep parts book.
    bellhousing to engine: 1974-1976
    qty 4 - 3/8"-16 x 1-5/8"
    qty 2 - 7/16"-14 x 2-3/4"
depending on the year of bellhousing, you might also use:
    qty 3- 3/8"-16 x 2-3/16"

starter bolts just given as 1-1/2" long; no diameter, but maybe you can figure that out.
