Chevy Truck Gas Pedal/Linkage

Guys can i see a pic of how you have installed your chevy truck gas pedal/ lnkage to the floor. I still have the thru the floor brake pedal. Any pics of that setup or even hanging pedals pics would be good to.

My main problem is the pedal is really close to the brake pedal. And the floor isnt real flat at the mounting point. What im thinkin of doing to GET ME BY is cut the brake pedal in half to gain more clearance. No matter whawt i drive i use the tip of my boot for the brake anyway. So a smaller pedal isnt a big deal to me.
