   For some strange reason my spring hangars are bent...sort of leaning to one side.
   
   I'm about to replace the shackles and bushings and need to straighten them up a bit before I do.
   
   Would it be OK to heat them up before I start straightening them out? or should I just beat on them with a hammer or something with the metal cold?
