Got a box load of parts that were supposedly Buick 225 parts. Looking at them I suspect that they are actually Buick 231 parts, but need to look up a couple numbers.

Anyone know where I can look up:
    TRW Part number:TM720 - Camshaft

A search of the web has found me nothing.

    Thanks

    jpflat2a what's that noise?

about 16 different applications: didn't write them all down

Thanks, that confirms what I thought. The crank, cam, rods, pistons and heads are all 231 parts. Now I've got to find the numbers on the heads, those were the only thing I really wanted to use since they are freshly rebuilt with new valves.

Unfortunately they were too new to be on that list.

    Found them here though: http://www.buickgod.com/article.html?ID=3522

1983-86 regal and turbo regal heads. Looks like this stuff is useless to me unless I get a 231. Ebay here I come ;)

Woah Woah Woah! -- Is there an HEI with a goofy 4-wire lead that doesn't seem to go anywhere?

Nope didn't have an HEI that went with it. I did get rid of one like you describe a few years ago, didn't want to deal with the ECM
