Don't try to find them new though :( Repo's themselves can be more expensive than originals.
    15x4.5 were original as well.

I thought this was discussed previously and the 5" were truck, 4.5" were CJ?

    16x4.5 - bolt pattern 5x5.5 (ford) , tire size 6:00 x 16

they would usually be stamped Kelsey-Hayes in the inner tube groove

repro's are about $100 US each , a keen eye may find them rotting on a willys carcas behind someones shed ...

    there was also a 15 in rim which fit a 7:00 x 15 tire

picture below of the 16in ones I restored for my '57 3B

I think you're measuring the outside of the rim, not the bead. Pretty sure the trucks are 16x5.

dauntless46 , the 16 inch rim was std on 3B with 15 inch optional , the willys truck used a slightly wider 15 inch rim with same looking center piece as the 3B 16 inch rim ...

on the 3B page they show original photo's with 15 inch rim - the center piece like pictured below is slightly different , not conclusive as there are always exceptions (the M606 ran a 7:00 x 16 tire) , maybe post the question on 3B website also
