Starter mounting

    Hey all,

    While putting an alternator in the Jeep, I noticed the starter was hanging by 1 bolt. I found the bolts I need at willysjeepparts. I noticed they also sell a STARTER SUPPORT KIT. Do I need it? I found another thread that sounded like they usually aren't there.

    I think you are refering to an angle bracket on the end of the starter with a bolt on the starter and a bolt on the side of the block. It is recomended but some vehicle operate without it. I would opt to have one on mine.
