Yea, actually I do! Santa Maria, not too far away. Are they going to know what I'm talking about? Or will I need a part number?

Even in the day, you wouldn't buy generic hardware through the Jeep dealer - it would cost too much. The parts book will list it, but you'd only buy special hardware like head bolts and such through the parts department.

Hardware is hardware ... You can go to Fastenal and say "I need 6 grade 5 3/8"-18 cap screws 2.25" in length" and they'll know exactly what you want. They won't have a clue about the application though.

Tractor Supply is said to be a good source too, or your local hardware store. My Napa store has a pretty good stock of bolts, including a wide variety of studs. Lots of places might have what you need.
