    Going to fab my own hat channels. Does anyone have a clear picture, possibly with dimensions, of the bottom side floor area?

    That's exactly what I'm looking for; the floors are the same forward of the 20" patch. By chance, you don't happen to have the same pic without the black, do you? Hard showing up on my monitor. Thanks so much for that pic. I'm starting from scratch, and the '70 has a drivetrain and frame in the way so I get an obstructed view.

    I know, same here; I've got one of my '70 right at the edge of the riser looking back, but you can't see much hat channel, all I got of the bottom the whole time the tub was off.

    I bought the hat channel replacements that Classic Enterprises have. Would those not work or do you have something that is requiring custom fabbing?
