68 Body on a 78 frame?

I own a 1968 Jeep CJ5 with the V6. My body is in good condition but the frame is cracked. The frame has seen better days. I had a friend give me a 78 CJ5 rolling frame with a 2" rancho suspension lift on it already. The 78 also has a few nicer items like: a boxed frame, power steering, & front disk brakes. I also got the whole dash/firewall with column, master cylinder, gauges, etc.

So here's the question: Will the 68 body fit on the 78 frame fairly easy? I have a welder and some body experience. My real worry is that the wheelbase is longer and I am unsure of how the front fenders, hood, and rad support will line up. Also, what are the differences in the body mounts?
