Rare gasket/seal needed

    I have a 1957 CJ-5 with a split and ventilating windshield. I bought a gasket for this back in 1985 from a California parts dealer. It was dry rotted and lasted a month. After that, I caulked my windshield and it has been that way since late 1985.

    So, I am starting a new restoration and would like to find this gasket/seal. I need the seal for the fold out glass, not the frame to cowl. Any suggestions as to a supplier?

    Check out the "CJ3B Page" bulliten board for a recent thread about the seals.This may be what you are after.
