A buddy of mine knows of a guy who will be selling Jtruck axles soon. Right now i was going to use Waggie Narrow Track axles that are 60 inches wide. The J Truck axles are 65 wide. Just looking to see if the extra width will look so bad.

Don't have a picture, but really wide I'd think. The J truck is one of the few vehicles where the rear axle is wider than the front, BTW. Make some cardboard circles and mock it up.

You're going to have to outboard the springs to make them fit unless you narrow the housing and shift it over.

I plan on outboarding the springs. no getting around that one :)

What type of trails do you run that you want to go that wide? Even the biggest jeeps in my club (38 inch tires) run 62 inches max WMS-WMS. Mines at 60" Anything much wider doesn't fit on the trails around here.

I am not looking to go that wide, just curious for pictures of the jeep to see if it looks that bad. Just may be a good deal on axles.

The trails here are rather narrow, hence my reservations bout going that wide. Heck most of the trails we get into are made by quad runners ... get lots of pinstriping :(
