I’ve dinked around with a couple in the past and no I can’t recommend one.
Best bet for Jeep heat is making the original heater work or going with something like a Flexlite Mojave Heater.

I tried the 12 volt heater once - didn't do much and I gave up on the idea. Sorry, can't remember the brand name.

Ended up building a hot water setup that works pretty well.

I think the main problem with electric heat in a car is the voltage. At 12V, and a reasonable draw of, say, 50A, that's only 600W - the same as 6 100W light bulbs. I can't imagine any cigarette lighter drawing more than 20A - so you're down to around two light bulbs. Not going to make a significant difference if it's cold enough to matter, IMO.

I'd suggest an auxiliary hot water heater under the back seat, scrounged from an Astro van or similar. Plus insulation wherever you can manage it - the steel floor is a big heat sink.

Mine had a heater mounted in the back that I believe the previous owner used for trips duck hunting. They had hoses running from the top of the water pump back to the heater core in the back. It also has the heater in the front.
