70 Commando 44 with 27 spline axles.

    I posted this on the Commando forum but notice that traffic there is kinda light.

    A fellow on Jeepforum.com came across a 70 ish Commando with a D44 having 1.15 x 27 spline axles. Are there any D44 factory 19 or 30 spline axles that will fit after changing diff side gears? This is a tapered axle rearend. This is a real oddity.
