camshaft specs?

I have a 53 f134 in my willys, the motor has got to the point it is struggling to run, I have replaced the points condensor plugs plugwires check valve adjustment. It feels like the camshaft is out of time, I pulled the front cover and the gear looks good,no strip teeth, but I notice the hub in the fiber gear looks loose and I can see oil sqeeze out between the metal hub and fiber, I took it off and tried to turn it but it feels solid.

Does any one have the camshaft specs so I can check the cam timing to help find out what is wrong?
