hard top install

I recently purchased a Kelley Hard top for my 72 cj5. Its complete with all the door hardware and glass intact. I have got as far as removing all my supertop hardware and setting the top on my jeep. Any suggestions on my install from here on would be most appreciated. Do I need to remove the channel at the top of the windshield? Whats the easiest way to locate the bottom door hinges? Do I need to adjust the windshield rake (angle) or will it work the way it is? Once I have i installed, I never plan on taking it off again.
