    Anyone know of any good (affordable) sources for windshield glass for early CJ5s?

    Yea, check your local glass dealer. They cut it to fit. You can get one here at my local glass dealer installed for around $125

    It'd be helpful if your old glass is still relatively intact, so that it can be used for a pattern. If not, they may charge a few extra bucks to make a pattern. Tinted glass is also a few bucks more.
